America ’s bridges and roads were built by hard working Americans. Now the infrastructure in our country is falling apart, the middle class is being squeezed out of existence and people everywhere are suffering. Something needs to be done.

 In 2008, the American people voted for a change. What we have discovered is that real change requires persistence and courage to stand up to the billions that are used to distract, intimidate, and stall reform.

As your Representative in Congress, I will continue the fight for reform. We can build the bridge to future prosperity, but it will take hard work and dedication to leave a better tomorrow for our children.
