About Eric Wilson
Mayor Eric Wilson is a conservative businessman, paramedic and proven public servant running for State Senate with a clear mission: to bring strong, capable, and consistent conservative leadership that delivers real results for Middle Georgia.
A small business owner for over 25 years, Eric leads MedPro EMS, the company he co-founded to provide reliable medical transport to families in need. He’s made payroll, balanced budgets, and been accountable to the people he serves. As a licensed paramedic and job creator, he’s seen firsthand the impact of rising costs, skyrocketing insurance premiums, burdensome regulations, and government overreach.
Eric’s commitment to service extends beyond business. First elected to the Forsyth City Council and after serving six years being elected Mayor three times, he has put conservative principles into action—keeping government in check, protecting taxpayers, and making his community stronger and safer. His leadership has gone beyond city lines, with service in key statewide roles focused on public safety, healthcare, and economic development.
Eric offers a perspective this race needs: a leader who’s made tough decisions in both the private sector and public service. He understands the real-world challenges our families and small businesses face—and he shares the conservative values we hold dear.
Issues
In the Senate, Eric will lead with the common sense of a businessman and the know-how of a proven public servant. He’ll work to eliminate the state income tax, rein in out-of-control insurance costs, continue the crackdown on illegal immigration, back law enforcement, and stand up to policies of the radical left that threaten our freedoms and families.
